DIONYSUS To Enter Studio In The Spring

Swedish/German melodic power metal act DIONYSUS, featuring the voice behind guitarist Luca Turilli's solo work, Olaf Hayer, and ex-SINERGY drummer Ronny Milianowicz, are tentatively planning to record their new album in late spring for a fall release through AFM Records. According to Ronny, "The second album will include 'Paradise Land' and also the continued story of 'Bringer of Salvation' called 'Bringer of War', an ultra-heavy song that will make your ears bleedmand your trousers wet of happiness! -) The lyrics to this song [were written by my] longtime friend Joacim Cans, the singer of HAMMERFALL. "A lot of people emailed us and asking why 'Paradise…' didn't end up on 'Sign of Truth'. Since we only had three weeks in Germany for the recordings, [EDGUY singer/producer] Tobias Sammet and we thought it's kind of complicated song to record and that s not so good if you don t have so much time in the studio, so basically the reason was time..."
